Brotherson Family Reunion in Heber Valley

This place was BEAUTIFUL!!! I have never been camping like this, if I can even call it camping! The Heber Valley Campgrounds is breathtaking! It was SO CLEAN!!! and had cabins! I guess if I ever camp this is the way I would like to do it ; ) We had so much fun! There was canoeing, a ropes course, horse shoes, sand boxes everywhere for the kids, paddle boats etc. It was SO fun! The kids had a blast and Blake hasn't stopped asking to go camping again! If he only knew! It has been such a fun Summer I seriously can't believe it's almost August! I don't want it to end!

Lake Powell 2010

We had the best time at the Lake this year. Dave came with me for the first time in 4 years! He never can come due to work, but this year he came! I think that's why I thought it was the best year! So Saturday July 3rd we headed down just the 2 of us! We decided to wait one more year to take the kids...I think I would be a nervous wreck if they came. So it was great! The kids had a blast at home and we were definitely excited to see them when we got back! We are dying to get back this year hopefully it will happen!

OUR 4th (2nd) of July celebration!

We had a great 4th of July weekend. Every year my family goes to Lake Powell the week of the 4th so it is tradition that the friday before we leave for the Lake we have a big BBQ with the Brotherson Clan which includes fireworks and swimming... Every year it is a success! The kids LOVE it and so do WE! My kids are becoming quite the little fish!
