This is what I get to wake up to every morning! Seriously there is nothing better. I LOVE the mornings Blake is always so happy and so excited to see me. Usually he doesn't always have his hands in his mouth, but he is getting more teeth!

People always say....

"I can't tell who Blake looks like more you or Dave?" People often say he is a mix and I guess he pretty much is! Except for the 3%

Blake's 1st Birthday Party

Blake's cake was so good! I seriously could have eaten the whole thing!

Blake loved it too! He sat there and just licked his fingers after I took the plate away.

Blake opened presents after he took a nap so everyone had gone, but he got a lot of good toys! Thanks everyone!

We had rented a bounce house and Blake just giggled the whole time we were in it! He had a great day! Thanks everyone for coming and celebrating this special day with us!

At the Park

The other day Blake and I went to the park and met up with Mickell, Chase and Tessa. It had been a while since we had been to the park because it gets so hot during the day and of course Blake still loved to swing!

Cupcakes...

are now Blake's new favorite food! It was so funny he coudn't get enough of it! I have never seen him eat like he was he kept licking his fingers and smiling and then licking his fingers and smiling almost like it was too good to be true! I just adore him so much! I can't wait for his big bash on Saturday! And I am so sad this day is over.

Presents...

So today we had just a little celebration for Blake's Birthday with just me and Dave and Grandma B we had dinner and Blake opened his presents from us. Dave picked all of his presents out it is really funny because I think Dave wishes he had a 4 wheeler also!

One Year Ago....Today

My sweet baby boy was born... The days have gone so fast I can not even believe it! There are not words that can express how grateful I am to have Blake in my life. I love him so much. At times I feel like I have known him forever and other times I feel like it was yesterday that he was born. I feel so blessed to have such a sweet little guy who is always so happy and there to give hugs and kisses. Some of my favorite times with Blake are the mornings when I go in his room to get him up. He is so happy to see me and every morning it puts a smile on my face, I just love it. I love his angelic expressions he makes he can make the saddest person happy and the happiest person even happier. He really is something special. In the past year my life truely has changed and it's only gotten better! Happy Birthday Blake!

Dave and I went over to see our new baby niece on Sunday she is just the smallest little baby girl and has the longest fingers and toes! I can't believe how little she is! She is so sweet and just slept the whole time. She looks just like Kate!

Gandpa & Grandma Brotherson

Today Linda and Kirk came over to give Blake his birthday present. He loved playing with the tissue paper and all the tags on the cute new clothes he got! He is getting a lot of early presents and should be a pro once his real birthday gets here! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!

Brian Regan..

Last night Dave and I went to Brian Regan. It was so fun to do something different it was outside and we sat on blankets we had dinner at the Harvest before, dinner wasn't that great! But the show was pretty funny.

Notice my new hair cut. I chopped it! Thanks Kelly for the new hairdo! I am glad to be home and have a healthy Blake!

Racing Go-Carts

So my cousin Kenny races Go-Carts. And he happend to be racing in Denver this weekend so Blake and I were able to go!

It is crazy they go pretty fast the carts go up to 70 mph and they are crazy out on the track.

Kenny came in first on one of the races and I don't know what he came in on the others, but it was so fun to see him race we had a ton of fun!

Celebration in Denver...

Blake and I went to Denver this past week and Oh what a week...

We celebrated Blake's 1st Birthday and I made him this cake

He didn't really know what to do with it and wasn't really interested maybe it was because he had been throwing up the whole day before! Yes he had his first case of the FLEW!

All his Aunts and Uncles got him some really fun toys and Grandpa and Grandma Lyons got him some very stylish clothes! Thanks guys!

Grandma made her famous homemade mac and cheese! One of Blake's favorite foods and mine too!
