Happy Halloween!!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Blake has been so sweet today! I love his smiles!
So I can't believe it is Halloween how time flies! Today has been fun so far I am making a pot of chili and some cornbread and we are having some friends stop by later to eat. I can't wait to see all of the kids dressed in costume. Today I am going to Daves office and everyones kids at work are going to trick or treat door to door in the office. Tonight I am just excited to just stay home and hand out candy to the kids in the neighborhood. Blake looks so cute in his Halloween outfit that Kim got him. I can't believe it already fits him he is growing so fast!

Of course Amy took it! I took it off her blog thanks Amy! I can't believe how my sweet boy is growing! i love him more then I could have ever imagined. He is sleeping so good lately (about 6 to 7 hours) at night! I couldn't ask for a better baby! Everyday I feel so blessed to have him. I love to see him smile. 

Family in town!

So this past week was so much fun My mom and Ashley and Rachel and all her kids came to town to visit for Fall Break. We had a ton of fun I love when they come to town! So does Blake. Blake got to meet his cousins Billy, Easton and Andrew for the first time they were so sweet with him giving his kisses and hugs! I am so grateful for such an amazing family! On saturday they left and Daves family came to town for Kirks (Daves dad) 65th birthday! I am sad to say I have been horrible about taking pictures this week I will try to do better this week! By the way check out Amys blog she took some darling pictures of Blake and my sweet nephews and niece!

Blake loves his new friend! I can not believe how much I love this little guy he is so sweet and such a good baby! I love him in his little jammies! 

My 26th Birthday... October 22nd

Blake had his 2 month check up today he is in the 90 % in his length and 25% for weight!
This is what Blake got me for my birthday so I put it on him today. Like father like son!
It is crazy how much can change in 1 year! It was so fun having Blake to celebrate my birthday yesterday! He is so sweet. Dave was great too! He made me a great dinner and a cake (Kate helped!) It was a great day!

We survived the EARTHQUAKE!

This was taken sunday morning after the earthquake Blake was just excited everything was ok!

So as most of you know we were in Hawaii for the record breaking earthquake in Hawaii 6.7!!!! It was nuts! We were eating breakfast, Dave was getting an omelet and I was with Blake at the table and all of the sudden there was a rumbling sound It felt like in NY when the subway speeds by and then after about 10 seconds everything just started to shake the HUGE chandeliers were swaying back and forth and people started running so Dave comes running over and panic sets in all we could think was tsunami it was really scary not so much the earthquake because I have been in a couple but the thoughts of a huge wave FREAKED us out! After about a minute the shaking stops and we started asking around if a tsunami could be coming and it seemed like thats what EVERYONE was worried about. Anyway things ended up being fine except for a few cracks in the walls and floors. I just feel so lucky that we are all ok! It was crazy though!

Dave is such a great dad he seriously adores Blake! It is so fun to watch them together. Dave couldn't be a more proud dad!

This was so cute Dave was begging to take Blake in the water. At first I was a little hesitant, but it was so HOT out that I thought it would be good for Blake to cool off. So Dave took him in the lazy river at first Blake hated it as you can see in the photo, but after a minute he was in Heaven. He was so happy to be cooled off and of course he loves being with his dad!

Blake was so fun to take to Hawaii although it was different then in the past it couldn't have been better I love hanging out with this little guy! I feel so lucky to have him. There were a couple of times that I went to the spa and Dave watched him and everytime I would miss him so much and could not wait to see him eventhough it was only a few hours He truely is my little buddy!

Blake did A LOT of sleeping in the sun this trip....of course he was shaded! He was so sweet he loved going outside. You can see he spent a lot of time in his stroller.

So we just got back today from Hawaii and we had SOOOO much fun! Blake had his first plane ride and he loved it. He seriously was so good. He didn't make a peep. He seriously is such an angel. I feel so blessed every day to have such an amazing little boy who I love so much! 

We are off to Hawaii....

This picture was taken on our honeymoon in Hawaii and we are going back, but this time with our new addition, our sweet baby boy! I am so excited to take him, although this time I am sure the trip won't be nearly as relaxing it should still be great! See you all in a week!
